In order to provide a complete picture, target implementation is considered in the context of the supporting and necessary actions. The contribution of these actions to the previously defined targets is illustrated in the following table. ESRS 2.MDR-T 80.i Target * ) Integration of circular economy principles for relevant product groups in procurement Status Target scope The target includes the integration of circular economy criteria into procurement with regard to selected product groups in the upper threshold range. This increases the ÖBB Group's circularity and positively influences the upstream value chain through appropriate incentives. Ongoing Method- ology Internal experts and stakeholders were involved in defining the targets. Product groups are prioritized on the basis of their impact on the environment and resource consumption. The target contributes to the implementation of national and international efforts in the area of circular economy and resource conservation.
