(ÖBB Group domestic) Being imple- mented Methodology for determining targets 3) The ASX target for the years to 2030 is determined based on the average from 2010 to 2019 for the respective Group company. An appropriate ASX baseline of 10 is used if there are only a few cases. Methodology for calculating the target key figure Occupational accidents ≥ 3 days of ÖBB employees in Austria and employees of external companies who are employed via leasing contracts, based on 1,000 employees. The baseline for the target level was calculated from the average value for 2010–2019. Actions The derivation of targeted actions to reduce occupational accidents takes into account the fields of action and injury patterns (injury-causing process) as well as the identified injury areas.
