In the reporting year, there were no significant changes to the companies included in the consolidated financial statements. In 2023, the company ÖBB-BE GmbH & Co KG was founded, ÖBB-Infrastruktur Group holds a 60% share. Breitspur Planungsgesellschaft mbH in Liqu., in which ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG held a 27.74% shareholding, was liquidated in December 2023 and deregistered from the commercial register. In 2022, the shares in Güterterminal Werndorf Projekt GmbH were sold, which means that this company is no longer consolidated.
