The renewal of the maintenance fleet will lead to a reduction in the size of the vehicle fleet, efficiency gains and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by switching from diesel to hybrid drive. approx. 1,200 t CO 2 e not covered planned Decarbonisation of the shunting locomotives Electric hybrid shunting locomotives (overhead line, battery) replace existing diesel and electric shunting locomotives. Replacing the fleet of rescue trains with service jets and switching to alternative drive systems will lead to efficiency gains and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. n.a.
