This makes ÖBB the largest climate protection company in the country in the field of mobility. 7,260 female members of staff were em- ployed by ÖBB in 2023 (as of 31.12.2023). This brings the current proportion of female employees at ÖBB to 16.1 %, an increase of 1 percentage point com- pared to the previous year.
